· 100.00 USD for Prize Category 4
· 10,000.00 USD for Prize Category 3
· 1,000,000.00 USD for Prize Category 2

4.5.

The Winnings payable in respect of each Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 will depend on the number of MUSL Powerball Winning Tickets in the relevant Prize Category, the number of Website Organizer Winning Bets in the relevant Prize Category, the payable Prize by the MUSL or a co-organiser for the MUSL Powerball Winning Tickets in the relevant Prize Category, the withholdings and the MUSL Powerball-Jackpot.

4.6.

Lottery Organiser calculates the Winnings on the basis of the amount of aggregate stakes published by MUSL or its co-operators as well as the distribution to the Prize Categories or on the basis of the MUSL Powerball-Jackpot published on the Website of the MUSL or its co-operators for Prize Category 1 of the relevant draw of MUSL Powerball.

If there is only one Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1, the Winnings payable in respect of this Website Organizer Winning Bet are calculated as:

Winnings = MUSL Powerball-Jackpot / (MUSL Powerball Winning Tickets + 1)

35% withholdings are retained by Lottery Organiser because it is intended that a Player at the Site playing PowerBall is put in the similar economic position as if they had played the underlying lottery. When playing and winning MUSL Powerball, at least 35% taxes are withheld by the federal government. Thus, the Player is treated equally in both cases.

Example 1: There is only one Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 and no MUSL Powerball Winning Ticket has been announced by the MUSL or a co-operator in Prize Category 1 in respect of a MUSL Powerball-Jackpot of 300,000,000.00 USD. The Winnings payable after withholdings in respect of that single Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 would be 195,000,000.00 USD. This is the maximum sum the Player would have received, had he played and had he won MUSL Powerball as the only winner.

Example 2: There is only one Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 and two MUSL Powerball Winning Tickets Bets have been announced by the MUSL or a co-operator in Prize Category 1 in respect of a MUSL Powerball-Jackpot of 300,000,000.00 USD. The Winnings payable after withholdings in respect of that single Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 would be 65,000,000.00 USD. This is the maximum sum the Player would have received, had he played and had he won MUSL Powerball as one of three winners.

If there is more than one Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1, the Winnings payable in respect of the Website Organizer Winning Bets are calculated based on a „Share Model“, consisting of three steps:

Step 1 – Calculation of the number of shares:
Number of shares = number of MUSL Powerball Winning Tickets in Prize Category 1 + number of Website Organizer Winning Bets in Prize Category 1

Step 2 – Calculation of Size of each share:
Size of 1 share = MUSL Powerball-Jackpot / number of shares

Step 3 – Allocation of Winnings:
1 share per Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1

35% withholdings are retained by Lottery Organiser because it is intended that a Player at the Site playing PowerBall is put in the similar economic position as if they had played the underlying lottery. When playing and winning MUSL Powerball, at least 35% taxes are withheld by the federal government. Thus, the Player is treated equally in both cases.

Example 3: There are two Website Organizer Winning Bets in Prize Category 1 and one MUSL Powerball Winning Ticket has been announced by the MUSL or a co-operator in Prize Category 1 in respect of a Powerball-Jackpot of 300,000,000.00 USD. There are three payout shares, with a size of 100,000,000.00 USD each. The Winnings payable after withholdings in respect of each Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 would be 65,000,000.00 USD. This is the maximum sum the Player would have received, had he played and had he won MUSL Powerball as one of two winners.

4.7.

Winnings for Website Organizer Winning Bets with NumberShield are calculated under the assumption that there had been no other Website Organizer Winning Bets and no MUSL Powerball Winning Tickets in Prize Category 1 for the particular draw.

4.8.

As is common with MUSL Powerball, Lottery Organiser may also pay out the Winnings in Prize Category 1 over 30 years (the “Annuity Option”). If Lottery Organiser chooses the Annuity Option, the first payment will be made as soon as possible after the draw, with the next 29 payments at one-year intervals. The level of payments is calculated such that the payments rise 4% from year to year until the full sum has been paid out. If Lottery Organiser chooses the option to pay out Winnings in one lump sum (“Cash Option”) ,the Winnings after withholdings are discounted, as it is done in the underlying lottery. The discount rate is 40%, i.e. the lump sum is 60% of the Annuity Option value. is in Lottery Organiser’s discretion to choose the payout plan.

According to section 10.36., Winnings are converted only once into the Reference Currency on the day of the draw. All subsequent payments are also subject to the same exchange rate.

Additionally, before each MUSL Mega Millions draw, the “MegaPlier” number (2, 3, 4 or 5) is drawn by computer. The MegaPlier numbers are weighted: the MegaPlier number 2 by 13.3%, the MegaPlier number 3 by 26.7%, the MegaPlier number 4 by 20.0%, and the MegaPlier number 5 by 40.0%. Draws are usually held every Tuesday and Friday (US Eastern Standard Time).

5.2.

The Player must select five Numbers and one Megaball per Bet. At least one Bet is required per Virtual Play Slip. If the “MegaPlier” option is selected, payouts in Prize Categories 2 to 9 double, triple, quadruple or quintuple depending on the official Megaplier number drawn. 5.5.

The Winnings payable in respect of each Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 will depend on the number of MUSL Mega Millions Winning Tickets in the relevant Prize Category, the number of Website Organizer Winning Bets in the relevant Prize Category, the payable Prize by the Mega Millions Consortium, MUSL, or a co-organiser for the MUSL Mega Millions Winning Tickets in the relevant Prize Category, the withholdings and the MUSL Mega Millions-Jackpot.

5.6.

If there is only one Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1, the Winnings payable in respect of this Website Organizer Winning Bet are calculated as:

Winnings = MUSL Mega Millions-Jackpot / (MUSL Mega Millions Winning Tickets + 1)

The Winnings payable in respect of that single Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 amount to 3,333,333.33 EUR.

If there is more than one Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1, the Winnings payable in respect of the Website Organizer Winning Bets are calculated based on a „Share Model“, consisting of three steps:

Number of shares = number of LAE El Gordo de la Primitiva Winning Tickets in Prize Category 1 + number of Website Organizer Winning Bets in Prize Category 1

Step 2 – Calculation of Size of each share:
Size of 1 share = LAE El Gordo de la Primitiva-Jackpot / number of shares

The lotto draws are usually held every Wednesday and Saturday (Swedish local time).

12.2
There are 8 ways to win:
· by matching 4 Numbers (Prize Category 5)
· by matching 5 Numbers (Prize Category 4)
· by matching 6 Numbers (Prize Category 3)
· by matching 6 Numbers plus the Bonus Ball (Prize Category 2)
· by matching 7 Numbers (Prize Category 1)

12.3
The Winnings to be paid out in respect of each LottoPalace Winning Bet in Prize Categories 2 through 5 shall be the amount of the Pay Out announced by Svenska Spel in respect of a Svenska Spel Lotto 1 Winning Ticket in the respective Prize Category. If Svenska Spel has not announced a Pay Out in the respective Prize Category for the relevant draw of the Svenska Spel Lotto 1, the Winnings payable in respect of each LottoPalace Winning Bet in that Prize Category will be calculated on the basis of the aggregate amounts paid in for the relevant draw of Svenska Spel Lotto 1 and its allocation to the winning Prize Categories. Players with LottoPalace Winning Bets for the Prize Categories 2 through 5 are consequently better off as their Winnings would have been smaller, had they bought a Svenska Spel Lotto 1 Winning Ticket instead of a LottoPalace Winning Bet.

12.4
The Winnings payable in respect of each LottoPalace Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 will depend on the number of Svenska Spel Lotto 1 Winning Tickets in Prize Category 1, the number of LottoPalace Winning Bets in the relevant Prize Category, the payable Pay Out by Svenska Spel for the Svenska Spel Lotto 1 Winning Tickets in the relevant Prize Category as well as the Svenska Spel Lotto 1-Jackpot.

12.5
EU Lotto calculates the Winnings on the basis of the amount of aggregate stakes published by Svenska Spel as well as the distribution to the Prize Categories or on the basis of the jackpot published on their website for Prize Category 1 of the relevant draw of Svenska Spel Lotto 1.
If there is only one LottoPalace Winning Bet in Prize Category 1, the Winnings payable in respect of this LottoPalace Winning Bet are calculated as:
Winnings = Svenska Spel Lotto 1Jackpot / (Svenska Spel Lotto 1Winning Tickets + 1)
If the LottoPalace Winning Bet is with DoubleJackpot, the Winnings are doubled.
Example 1: There is only one LottoPalace Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 and no Svenska Spel Lotto 1 Winning Ticket has been announced by Svenska Spel in Prize Category 1 in respect of a Svenska Spel Lotto 1 Jackpot of 10,000,000.00 SEK. The Winnings payable in respect of that single LottoPalace Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 amount to 10,000,000.00 SEK.
Example 2: There is only one LottoPalace Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 and two Svenska Spel Lotto 1 Winning Tickets have been announced by Svenska Spel in Prize Category 1 in respect of a Svenska Spel Lotto 1 Jackpot of 10,000,000.00 SEK. The Winnings payable in respect of that single LottoPalace Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 amount to 3,333,333.33 SEK.

If there is more than one LottoPalace Winning Bet in Prize Category 1, the Winnings payable in respect of the LottoPalace Winning Bets without NumberShield are calculated based on a „Share Model“, consisting of three steps:
Step 1 – Calculation of the number of shares:
Number of shares = number of Svenska Spel Lotto 1 Winning Tickets in Prize Category 1 + number of LottoPalace Winning Bets in Prize Category 1
Step 2 – Calculation of Size of each share:
Size of 1 share = Svenska Spel Lotto 1-Jackpot / number of shares

Step 3 – Allocation of Winnings:
1 share per LottoPalace Winning Bet without DoubleJackpot and without NumberShield in Prize Category 1
2 shares per LottoPalace Winning Bet with DoubleJackpot in Prize Category 1

Example 3: There are two LottoPalace Winning Bets in Prize Category 1 and one Svenska Spel Lotto 1 Winning Ticket has been announced by Svenska Spel in Prize Category 1 in respect of a Svenska Spel Lotto 1 Jackpot of 10,000,000.00 SEK. There are three payout shares, with a size of 3,333,333.33 SEK each. The Winnings payable in respect of each LottoPalace Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 amount to 3,333,333.33 SEK.

12.6
Winnings for LottoPalace Winning Bets with NumberShield are calculated under the assumption that there had been no other LottoPalace Winning Bets and no Svenska Spel Lotto 1 Winning Tickets in Prize Category 1 for the particular draw. Winnings for LottoPalace Winning Bets with NumberShield are therefore not shared.

Lotto 6 aus 45 (Österreich)

13.1

Additionally, 1.5% of the Lotto winnings will be paid into a compensation fund. This is used to increase the allocation of one or more prize categories within the framework of a special allocation.
The compensation fund will be used in particular to increase the allocation of Prize Category 1 in the event of payment, so that the guaranteed winnings of 1 million EUR will can still be reached when the Lotto winnings are calculated to be smaller.
Deviations in the winnings of Prize Category 8, which correlates to 12.6% of the Lotto winnings, will also be taken from and returned to the compensation fund.

13.5
The winnings of one round are made up of 48.8% of the total amount paid in. This is determined by multiplication of the number of bets. Only the number of bets actually placed is used to calculate the winnings.

13.6
If no winner can be determined in one Prize Category, the winnings will be added to the payout of the same category in the following round (Jackpot Principle). If there is no winner in Prize Category 1, 40% of the Lotto winnings will be added to the Prize Category 1 winnings in the next round (Pyramid Principle).
Several rounds of the jackpot can be accumulated, e.g., a quintuple jackpot. There is no restriction as to how many jackpot rounds can be accumulated.

13.7

In total for all 8 prize categories, there is an average chance of winning of 1 to 12 (8.55%). That means that of 12 bets placed, one will win on average.

Mini Lotto Poland

14.1
Mini Lotto Poland is a Polish Lottery Organiser game. Mini Lotto Poland involves a random drawing of 5 out of 42 numbers. The participant’s bet is five freely selectable numbers between 1 and 42. There are no supplementary numbers or bonus games in Mini Lotto Poland. There are also only three prize categories. The highest payout (jackpot) comes from five matching numbers (Prize Category 1). There is a daily drawing of winning numbers for Mini Lotto Poland. The winning numbers and shares are released immediately after the drawing. For the drawing, 5 out of 42 balls are randomly drawn from a lottery wheel. These are the winning numbers for that drawing. The balls are drawn one at a time. After the end of the drawing, the numbers are sorted in ascending order, so the order in which they are drawn is irrelevant. Every winning number can only be drawn once, since the balls that have been chosen are not returned to the lottery wheel.

14.2
Mini Lotto Poland is made up of a total of three prize categories. Prize Category 1 is also the jackpot which is the maximum payout for the lottery. The other Prize Categories follow in descending order.

14.3
The prize categories in Mini Lotto Poland are as follows:
• Prize Category 1 – 5 matching numbers
• Prize Category 2 – 4 matching numbers
• Prize Category 3 – 3 matching numbers

14.4
The winnings in Prize Categories 1-3 are calculated depending on the total amount paid in to Mini Lotto Poland and are paid out proportionally, so the payout amount varies daily.
Average winnings for the individual Prize Categories are:
• Prize Category 1 (5 matching numbers): On average approximately 70,000 EUR
• Prize Category 2 (4 matching numbers): On average approximately 225 EUR
• Prize Category 3 (3 matching numbers): On average approximately 10 EUR

14.5
The average winnings referred to here cannot be guaranteed. If there are more winning bets within one category, the winnings can deviate downward; if there are fewer winning bets they deviate upward. A minimum payout amount is not set.

14.6
There is no difference in chances of winning in the drawings on the individual days of the week. The chances of winning are the same every day. Only the time of the drawing can vary among the individual days on which drawings are held.

14.7
The probability of choosing a matching number increases in Mini Lotto Poland with every ball that is drawn. The reason for this is that the balls drawn are not replaced in the machine. The distribution of the probability of a matching bet is as follows:
1st ball: 5 of 42 (5 numbers you chose out of 42 possible balls chosen by the lottery wheel).
2nd ball: 4 of 41 (4 numbers you chose out of 41 possible balls chosen by the lottery wheel).
3rd ball: 3 if 40 (3 numbers you chose out of 40 possible balls chosen by the lottery wheel).
… etc.
In order to win the jackpot with five matching numbers, all of the balls must be chosen correctly. That means that there is a total chance of winning of 5/42 * 4/41 * 3/40 * 2/39 * 1/38 = 1/850 668 (0.00012%). Any given bet placed will win the jackpot on average about every 850,000 drawings.

15.4
The Winnings payable in respect of each Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Categories 1 to 5 shall be the amount of the Pay Out announced by LAE in respect of each LAE BonoLoto Winning Ticket in respective Prize Category. If LAE has not announced a Pay Out in the respective Prize Category for the relevant draw of LAE BonoLoto, the Winnings payable in respect of each Website Organizer Winning Bet in that Prize Category will be calculated by Lottery Organizer on the basis of the published aggregate amount paid in for the relevant draw of LAE BonoLoto announced by LAE and its allocation to the winning Prize Categories.

15.5
The Winnings payable in respect of each Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1, 2, 3, and 4 will depend on the number of LAE BonoLoto Winning Tickets in the relevant Prize Category, the number of Website Organizer Winning Bets in the relevant Prize Category, the payable Prize by LAE for the LAE BonoLoto Winning Tickets in the relevant Prize Category as well as the LAE BonoLoto-Jackpot.

15.6

Lottery Organizer calculates the Winnings on the basis of the amount of aggregate stakes published by LAE as well as the distribution to the Prize Categories or on the basis of the jackpot published on the Website of LAE for Prize Category 1 of the relevant draw of LAE BonoLoto. If there is only one Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1, the Winnings payable in respect of the Website Organizer Winning Bet are calculated as:

Winning = LAE BonoLoto-Jackpot / (number of LAE BonoLoto Winning Tickets + 1)

Example 1: There is only one Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 and no LAE BonoLoto Winning Ticket has been announced by the LAE in Prize Category 1 in respect of a LAE BonoLoto-Jackpot of 2,000,000.00 EUR. The Winnings payable in respect of that single Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 amount to 2,000,000.00 EUR.

Example 2: There is only one Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 and two LAE BonoLoto Winning Tickets have been announced by the LAE in Prize Category 1 in respect of a LAE BonoLoto-Jackpot of 2,000,000.00 EUR. The Winnings payable in respect of that single Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 amount to 666,666.66 EUR.

If there is more than one Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1, the Winnings payable in respect of these Website Organizer Winning Bets are calculated based on a “Share Model”, consisting of three steps:

Step 1 – Calculation of the number of shares:
Number of shares = number of LAE BonoLoto Winning Tickets in Prize Category 1 + number of Website Organizer Winning Bets in Prize Category 1

Step 2 – Calculation of Size of each share:
Size of 1 share = LAE BonoLoto-Jackpot / number of shares

Step 3 – Allocation of Winnings:
1 share per Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1

Example 3: There are two Website Organizer Winning Bets in Prize Category 1 and one LAE BonoLoto Winning Ticket has been announced by LAE in Prize Category 1 in respect of a LAE BonoLoto-Jackpot of 6,600,000.00 EUR. There are three pay out shares, with a size of 2,200,000.00 EUR each. The Winnings payable in respect of each Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 would be 2,200,000.00 EUR.

15.8
Lottery Organizer calculates the Winnings on the basis of the amount of aggregate stakes published by LAE as well as the distribution to the Prize Categories or on the basis of the Prizes published on the Website of LAE for Prize Category 2 of the relevant draw of LAE BonoLoto.

If there is only one Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 2, the Winnings payable in respect of the Website Organizer Winning Bet are calculated as:

Winning = LAE BonoLoto-Jackpot / (number of LAE BonoLoto Winning Tickets + 1)

Example 1: There is only one Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 2 and no LAE BonoLoto Winning Ticket has been announced by the LAE in Prize Category 2 in respect of a LAE BonoLoto-Jackpot of 4,000,000.00 EUR. The Winnings payable in respect of that single Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 2 amount to 4,000,000.00 EUR.

If there is more than one Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 2, the Winnings payable in respect of these Website Organizer Winning Bets are calculated based on a “Share Model”, consisting of three steps:

Step 1 – Calculation of the number of shares:
Number of shares = number of LAE BonoLoto Winning Tickets in Prize Category 2 + number of Website Organizer Winning Bets in Prize Category 2

Step 2 – Calculation of Size of each share:
Size of 1 share = LAE BonoLoto-Jackpot / number of shares

Step 3 – Allocation of Winnings:
1 share per Website Organizer Winning Bet in Prize Category 2

Example 3: There are two Website Organizer Winning Bets in Prize Category 2 and one LAE BonoLoto Winning Ticket has been announced by LAE in Prize Category 2 in respect of a LAE BonoLoto-Jackpot of 6,000,000.00 EUR.
